Stopped in to see if they can help me swap a tire on my trailer. All the bays are empty and have been empty for more than an hour. The chick or dude not sure but was rude. Asked nicely and his/hers attitude went through the roof. Talking about im going to lunch in 30 mins I can write you up but it will be a ling wait. I asked nicely again how long he/she would take? Replied with nasty voice. I declined service immediately and asked if thats how they talk to every customer.

The mechanic named Nicholas here is a true professional and one of the hardest working techs I have seen on the road. He got me taken care of as quick as he could and was extremely helpful. I don’t often write reviews but when credit is due I have to give it.

The mechanic was professional and treated me with respect. The evening front desk staff and the evening technicians were also friendly and helpful. My experience with the morning front desk employee, the woman who wears glasses, was completely different. I felt I was treated in a discriminatory and disrespectful manner. I reported my concerns to the manager, but after speaking with her, nothing changed and my complaint was not taken seriously. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you have another option, go somewhere else where customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

I do not recommend using this repair service. I visited them regarding an issue with excessive wear on my trailer tires, pointing out the probable cause—air loss in the air bags—and also asked them to perform a lube job on both the truck and the trailer. The result: 1. They charged me for a diagnostic check for air leaks, yet reported that no leaks were found; however, two weeks later, I visited a shop in my hometown, and they immediately discovered leaks in two of the trailer's air bags... 2. They only lubricated the parts that were easily accessible; I discovered the omissions myself and finished the job. I will NEVER go back to them again.

TA Tire Services really came through when I needed them. As a truck driver, downtime matters, and these guys understand that. The tire techs were knowledgeable, professional, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. They explained what was going on, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and did solid, honest work. The service area was organized, and the staff treated drivers with respect. It’s a relief knowing there’s a TA Tire Service you can count on when you’re on the road. I’d definitely use them again without hesitation. 🚛🔧
